All vendors that perform secondary operations are in close proximity to our facility. Our qualified sources are held to the same exacting quality and performance standards we apply to our own processes. Certifications are available for all work performed
Metal plating ensures deposition of a thin/thick layer of high quality material over the metal surface to avoid distortion of the metal. Plating involves two main techniques: electrolytic plating and electro-less plating. Electrolytic plating is done using an electrode with the application of electric current whereas electro-less plating is a simple chemical plating technique.
Grinding is a process of finishing used to improve the surface texture of hard metals of relatively high tolerance values. Flat, cylindrical and angular surfaces can be grinded by removing a certain amount of metal from the surface. It is a general abrasion process through a grinding wheel or belt.
Bending is the process of deformation of the material with the application of pressure using a suitable die. Bending involves a series of operations like drawing, pressing and stamping. Efficiency of a typical bending process depends on the pressure applied, thickness and quality of the material bended.
Deep-hole drilling is the process of creating holes of different depths on the surface of the material using a laser beam, an electric arc or through simple drillers employed with driller bits.Shot peening is a cleaning and fabrication process that is used to modify the texture of the material surface by creating dimples. Unlike the other abrasion techniques our shot peening does not leave any dust and hence there is zero material wastage. It improves metal resistance and helps in preventing any material distortion like cracks and bruises.
Apart from the above techniques we do offer specially formulated lubrication to the parts to give a fine, shiny texture of high quality. Precise and accurate finishing services are ensured through our specialized quality management team which helps in numerous testing operations. We have highly facilitated on-site testing labs to perform all these testing operations. Periodical review and internal audit is undertaken to detect any flaws and take corrective action.
